How to Join the Club & the Requirements of Membership
Membership is currently open and we are seeking a few members who will make a positive contribution to the club and be willing to help at club events.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Black Creek Sportsman’s Club, please download and fill out the PDF application form below.
To become a member, you and/or your sponsor must attend a club meeting, bring the filled out application and be approved by the membership. In addition, you must sign the club’s Waver of Liability (shown below and available as a PDF).
Members must help at one event or work meeting each year or assist the club in another way. Members are required to sell or purchase 5 ($5) raffle tickets quarterly.
