Proposed projects, and/or one’s for future consideration in 2025:
– Add insulation board to the attic – poly iso
– Enclose the side portico for more enclosed space. Would have Hertzler do the heavy work (to save our construction teams’ backs) and our team do the finishing
– Pond – still wish to dig out and remove the muck to allow for water flow and aeration for the fish. Would love to have activities at the pond using the pavilion.
